The app

Your data stays yours

Your pets, medications and dose history are stored on your devices and in your private iCloud account. We can’t see them.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your device. Their content never leaves it.

Anonymous usage statistics

TelemetryDeck counts how the app is used, such as how many doses are logged, so we can improve TailCare. It never receives names, medications or anything that identifies you.

Subscriptions

Apple handles payment. RevenueCat manages subscriptions for us using an anonymous ID. Neither receives your pet or medication details.

Deleting your data

Delete All Data in Settings removes everything from your devices and iCloud. Deleting the app only removes it from this device; your iCloud copy stays so you can restore it.

There’s no account to create and no advertising, and we don’t sell or share data with anyone.

This website

The tools on this site run in your browser. What you type into them isn’t sent to us; it’s kept in the page’s address so you can bookmark or share a result. The site sets no cookies.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across sites. Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, handles the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, to deliver the page.

Children

TailCare isn’t directed at children and doesn’t knowingly collect information from them.
